1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an RFQ, or utilizing our industrial supply sourcing and logistics coordination services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Sourcing, Quotes, and Order Confirmation

All sourcing requests submitted via our platform are subject to verification:

• Quotes provided by our team are valid for a specified timeframe and do not constitute a binding booking until an official Order Confirmation is issued.
• Auto spare parts descriptions and quantities must be reviewed by the client for accuracy prior to payment.
• Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be clearly indicated on the commercial invoice and govern the transfer of shipping liability.

3. Client Obligations and Compliance

Clients engaging in cross-border trade via 3QNEXTGEN must provide complete documentation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your shipments comply with all relevant import rules, customs duties, and trade laws. For detailed guidelines, please review our Export Compliance Page.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we coordinate with premier carriers and brokers, 3QNEXTGEN is not liable for shipment delays or cargo loss arising from force majeure events, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or port congestion. Standard carrier liability rules apply unless additional comprehensive cargo insurance is requested and purchased.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of the use of our sourcing or logistics services shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Dubai, UAE.
