Export Compliance & Trade Policy
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
1. Commitment to Compliant Global Sourcing
At 3QNEXTGEN , we operate our global industrial supply, air and sea freight coordination, and automotive parts trading in strict accordance with international trade laws and export control regulations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for trade violations across all operating jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
2. HS Code Classification & Duty Accuracy
Correct Harmonized System (HS) code classification is mandatory for all cargo and spare parts handled by our logistics network. To ensure seamless customs clearance and accurate duty payments:
- All clients must provide exact part numbers, materials, and technical specifications for sourcing requests.
- We run pre-clearance validation using licensed brokerage parameters to prevent misclassification penalties.
- Intentionally falsifying item descriptions or values to circumvent import tariffs is strictly prohibited.
3. Sanctioned Countries and Restricted Parties
We perform rigorous restricted party screening on all vendors, consignees, and shipping lines. Under no circumstances will we coordinate trade, export parts, or provide freight logistics services directly or indirectly to:
- Any territory subject to comprehensive international trade embargoes.
- Individuals, entities, or organizations listed on government sanction, debarment, or denied party lists.
- End-users intending to apply trade parts for military, dual-use, or defense applications without explicit government authorization.
4. Customs Brokerage & Import Documentation
As a leading trade facilitator, we require complete documentation for all imports and exports, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, and bills of entry. Clients must cooperate with our designated customs brokers to clear shipments. Failure to verify documentation or clear duties will result in shipment delays at the destination port.
